Forest honey

It is a rare dark brown honey that bees make with a little help from other insects. It is not made from flower nectar, but from honeydew, which is a sticky, carbohydrate-rich substance produced by plant insects. It is a dark colored honey that has a reduced proportion of glucose and fructose because honeydew does not contain the same enzymes as nectar.
